I stand corrected, he signed a few, but almost any 10q or 10k he did not sign. That's a good link to refute my opinion. Whatever my opinion is, doesn't change the fact that this is another scam by phleming AND is seriously delinquent and will wipe shareholders out in a second. And phleming doesn't care.

And I'm giving a friendly reminder that you need to keep your personal feelings about a member's opinions to yourself and not made public. And yes, people can pretty much state what people want about the company, it's principals and disclosed promoters too.
