There is a big difference between pumping a stock as a low float play and pumping it with lies and false information about mergers and buyouts by Big Board tickers, etc.

One is just called pumping. The other is called fraud.

This was not a great play. It was a great scam. If you want to be congratulated for running a ticker up using lies then congratulations.
