Dilution will be there no matter what - either th partnership (which will be much better as those shares will not be added to free float) or secondary offering - so the split ratio will be driven by need to go to nasdaq.

If it gets BTD and P3 enrollment is progressing well - partnership can happen early and the SP will be good enough that no r/s is needed.
