The uncovering of Responsibility : WAVX SAGA continues
There is a move on to hire a legal team to dig into the mysteries surrounding the events of the many false flags and endless stream of promises of break even just around the corner, contracts that did not exist, and misstatements that basically were to entice investors into pouring more money into the company.
MANY of those who suffered losses want to know who swindled them. They realize there is no money coming back to them but they also do not like the idea of being taken either, and who can blame them.
One thing that stands out like a sore thumb is a post by THE prominent leader of the pro-wave investors stating that HE is not the least bit interested in putting up $500. into a legal fund to investigate this whole thing.
WHY wouldn't such a person want that to happen? If I were one of the large shareholder's who just suffered catastrophic losses I would surely want to know if something smelled bad and who was culpable. There may well be some civil or criminal liability that is remaining hidden that could possibly be uncovered. Personal liability at stake.
I believe wave management, present and former, have some explaining to do and may possibly be liable for some violating some laws. THAT is why YOU hire an investigative attorney.
To UNCOVER that which has remained hidden to the eyes of average investors, not privy to insider talks and backroom deals, yet are the ones who bear the pain of financial loss and for some, financial ruin. SO why would not the leader of the positive invest in wavx group be against uncovering those things???
THAT is an answer that should be being sought out by everyone who lost money in this company.
