I just cannot fathom their approach/logic concerning management practices.It has been mentioned on this board, referring to Facebook, that the company is in dire need for specialists in their various fields of operations.

Surely any potential candidate takes a serious look at the company( or even at this board) and finds a company that is non-responsive to its shareholders, doesn't or hardly trades and has a share value close to zero: to sum up the markets perception of the company is that it ain't worth sh*t!.....and they want me to go and work for this company?? Wouldn't a vibrant, actively reporting news and overall upbeat approach be a more acceptable place to work? Something more secure and has a transparent, realistic business plan?

There must be some truth in this since they have a hard time finding the right people and I can only assume their staff turnover is relatively high.
