Surely any potential candidate takes a serious look at the company( or even at this board) and finds a company that is non-responsive to its shareholders, doesn't or hardly trades and has a share value close to zero: to sum up the markets perception of the company is that it ain't worth sh*t!.....and they want me to go and work for this company?? Wouldn't a vibrant, actively reporting news and overall upbeat approach be a more acceptable place to work? Something more secure and has a transparent, realistic business plan?
There must be some truth in this since they have a hard time finding the right people and I can only assume their staff turnover is relatively high.
