I don't post here much. But I've been around a long time and I think you know that. I don't believe the new management is dead. However, I don't think it will happen unless something changes. I think Dan is in a precarious position. There are some, who may even be watching this board, who want him gone. I am guessing that they are not happy because of the email you saw posted here. They don't want the shareholders to form a group. They don't want any light shined on what has occurred here to date. Shareholders have rights, and I can tell you that the shareholder group does exist and has a substantial number of shares. If Dan is pushed out, then the shareholders have lost what I believe is the only ally they have within the company. If you are truly concerned, I would suggest contacting the shareholder group.
