MDIn will not R/s for a long time if ever because they have plenty of shares to sell. A company only does an R/S when float and Authorized have been maxed out. Reverse split is a term used to scare investors and Matt Briggs the CEO has stated there will be no R/s so why do some insist on this company event which they assume to know more than what the CEO does. Anyone other than the CEO who claims Reverse split has either inside information, or is just making up thing to manipulate the stock price.....the latter being the case because as of now the CEO has affirmed there will be no R/S. Perhaps a Reverse Merger but NO R/S!!!
