Was there 2 arbitration hearings in 2015?
Reply: No. There was only one arbitration that concerned LG.

Reply: The arbitration panel, which met in Washington, D.C, issued a final award on Dec 29, 2015. Details of the award were not made public; however, it apparently was in IDCC's favor.

Did IDCC ask for the court to award IDCC the money along with any other compensation the court seen fit including attorney fees?
Reply: On Feb 5, 2016, IDCC filed a petition asking the Southern District of New York Federal Court to confirm the arbitration award, to issue a judgement to enable IDCC to enforce the award, and to award other compensation including attorney fees. the problem is that we don't know what the arbitration or the award covered. The only information we have is that the arbitration was to determine whether LG was licensed for 3G under their expired license. We don't know what monetary factors, if any, were included in the arbitration and award.

Another potential problem is that LG has three months to file a request with the Court to vacate the award. So unless they do not fight the award, or a settlement is reached, it could be 6-9 months before the Judge takes action on IDCC's petition to confirm the award.
