FINRA had to approve VGPR 3rd Reverse Split in 6 yrs-Oct 2015-so Doubtful it will be diluted down to nothing immediately since I do not see Ticker being granted a 4th RS any time soon. This should be the the end of the "nothing but dilution scheme" for this thing so even if it hits .0001 it has to bounce sometime so they can sell more shares. No Bid and Dude is Done and will have to move on. Doubtful he could apply to trade another Ticker but who knows since sometimes FINRA and the SEC make DUMB decisions.
In the end, follow the Trade Action because the Answers always reveal themselves there lol
