2/9/16 Conclusion: Momentum and trend are now negative again on the SPY.

Short-term indicators are showing some internal strength as they pause or turn up, but intermediate-term indicators have turned down which is bearish.

At this point, the market should drop some more to move indicators back to oversold and possibly prepare for the next bear market rally.
