Again the CEO of AMBS acquired the shares thru a transaction that was taking place . The form 4 says acquired and not buy . He was going to get the shares anyway because of the origin of the transaction . In other words it was not a direct buy and GC did not willfully pull money out of his own bank account and buy shares . How I said before am not impress with the CEO owning around 100,000 of common shares . I will be impress to see him spend over $100,000 of his money . Not deals with acquisition .!
