What does this mean ? TIA


It is simple. It means if the FDA did on insist on them having the crossover then it would be simpler to demonstrate the effectiveness of DCVAX. Normally (with SOC and no DCVAX) there is tumor reoccurrence from 6 months to 1 year and OS on average is < 2 yeas according to L.L. in the video and much less than that according to other posters on this site. But now with the crossover they are all living longer.
