It was indeed the best outcome for investors in the Long Term, with the biggest potential for financial reward. Couldn't of asked for a better outcome! It was not the best outcome for investors those that were not long term. For those that wanted a quick flip, this deal did not work out in their favor. The good ones accept that and move on to the next one.
EPGL has it's ducks in a row. Its financially secure with no need to raise capital through dilution or toxic financing. There is zero insider selling. Management remains confident. Long term shareholders remain confident. Admin spending is minimal and is run extremely efficient. They have solid IP and are working on protecting it. They are moving forward at an organic pace.
To invest in a start-up means you invest long term and have to be patient. As long as the company keeps moving forward towards it's goals, that's all that matters. During the course of a start-up's growth, it will encounter multiple market obstacles and changes in the overall environment which will cause big fluctuations in PPS, up and down. You can't hold any stock for 3+years and not ride a couple of waves.
All and all, Long Term investors, that hold the majority of the float, remain confident. Volume says that. Being on the OTC's/Pinks, all companies have investors who invest their rent and amounts they can't not afford. Those are the ones that can't last through the dips. Others, who have other holdings and are leveraged are being margin called and are forced to sell parts of their portfolio. This is the selling in EPGL we see now. And even though the selling is next to nothing, the thin spreads will bring it down quick. As well as take it just as quick.
For me, I've been flipping some other companies with positive price action. Making up for the whooping I've taken in other holdings. I will be using those proceeds to add to my EPGL lot. Hopefully, the PPS stays down long enough to generate what i want.
