I've been around this stock for a long time and am still holding Pref. B's from way back when, so I hate to say it but
I'll bet they have sold a bunch of shares to some toxic A-Hole, which are protected from a R/S.
As soon as those get done playing musical chairs, this dude is going to announce a R/S and stick it in a little further with a quarter twist for good measure.
Hope I'm wrong.
Same thing is going on at BY......SD at the same time.
