yep let s imagine Coopervision has not made mistakes and has bought exclusivity on all technologies. What amount did COO would have paid ? 1.1 billion, never imo.
`So, we, shareholders, would have shares of a company held by only one company, with only 50 % of Ip and without freedom to license to other companies or other deals. It would be a sort of mini buyout with a little amount of cash. Everything would depend on the will of Coopervision, bad thing for me.
I prefer freedom, it is just a question of patience.
