What happened to the E-155 D application?

Is that the second permit application they mentioned in the latest filing? I have the 7-15-15 application for Juno, but that doesn't jive with the filing. It seems to suggest there are two applications for Canaveral, but there's one for Juno.

Juno

Currently the Management believes that the permit with the FBAR is being renewed in the name of Seafarer Exploration Corp. under a judge’s order. The permit had not been issued as of the filing date of this report.

Cape Canaveral

The Company has applied for permits from the State of Florida for two additional areas that were formerly permitted solely by an affiliate of Marine Archeological Partners, LLC. These permits have not been issued as of the filing date of this report.
