Hard to believe that some are going to blame all of this on oil prices when ERHC had a decade of high oil prices to get something going in the EEZ. They had 5 years of high oil prices since the last JDZ drilling. They had 5 years of high oil prices and got nothing done in Chad. They had 4 years in Kenya and had to give away 55% without even getting a full carry on a single well. They haven't drilled a single well in 6 years. Oil prices haven't helped but the majority of the damage and foolish mistakes took place long before oil prices cratered. Oil prices are just the latest excuse, not the cause.
