I don't buy into the theory the A/S is at 2 billion to ward off a hostile takeover.

If the o/s is say 6 to 7 million today and if the fully diluted is say between 65 to 70 million then one could only buy the o/s common and if that occurred you can bet the insiders would make them pay dearly for them common.

Insiders own 90% or more of the company and they have total control so I disagree with that theory. IMO the A/S at 2 billion is for future capital plain and simple no other reason which again imo should be no higher then 250 million today.
