IMO opportunism to buy cheap not genuine lack of faith is keeping PPS from holding its gains but seems the Bro's may have to put out a statement they won't R/S or dilute at least in near future since that may be a fear in investors' minds -- if they do that PPS will rise 4sure JIMHO based on what usually happens and then they won't have to even consider these options.

If some of the last lousy CD holders are dumping they should be done soon, the debt has consolidated into less short-sighted hands.
