The specific proof to date is there is currently only one K share & it still has Eddie Vakser's signature on it. There has even been a screen shot of it supplied by El Linduff the Texas el Nino himself that has been posted. there is also a Medallion on the back & there is only one way to have it transferred & thus the only way for the K share to be transferred legally. FACT Perhaps El Linduff can produce a photo/screen shot of one with the company's name on it. If not Vakser still controls the K share officially has just because El Linduff says EV voided the contract (as he has as well...when dealing with the full letter of the law.) Again, FACT FINRA does have all the authority to ask for whatever proof of ownership that they desire/require (& to date Linduff has not been able to provide the K share or the proof asked for...so now after not being able to comply to FINRA's request/demands FINRA is supposedly moot) although FINRA would also have to sign off on any buyout, merger, or acquisition so why would FINRA ever be a moot point & of no concern for Linduff or shareholders). FACT Wyoming SOS does not ask for the same proof to post what Kent linduff wants to be shown but FINRA does require proof to make it official FACT.


simple to put this issue to rest, Lindy provide another photo / screen shot of the K share that can also be posted publicly showing the company's name on it, not Eddie Vakser's.
