E-mail from Martin Regarding Finances and Delisting:
"The financing deal is fully on track and will most likely be concluded next week.
I cannot go into much detail about the delisting issue, as we are in talks with the NYSE MKT. The rising gold price, the completion of the financing, and continuing increase in monthly gold production at Namoya will all help in resolving this issue."
This tells me that they are talking to NYSE , they are presenting their case to stay listed, and now they are evaluating their case. Good progress, very good progress. Next week is going to be interesting.
