Tell us a bedtime story. Since you have been keeping up on the other scam company involved, what was the basis of the 3rd party lawsuit? Unpaid bond? Other? Seem to remember a promise of revenue to the original owners which never appeared(?), or sumpthin.

There is a bright side for BAYP. :O Any imaginary Petrol Engineering firm they would pretend to hire, doesn't have to worry about the proven reserves in WV any more. Wonder if one goes back to review all their prior purchases of imaginary oil assets, how many have ANY recent up to date reporting to the appropriate State agency. Mid summer 2015, the operator in PA for the Snufflemonger well was delinquent. Did they ever get harassed by the State to send in a report for their dribble production?
