Well when the new management group was supposed to be doing DD Dans excuse was he couldnt speak because of the deal.
Apparently the deal is dead. So he could speak and still isnt.

Dan has lost any trust he may have had because he has done nothing but make excuses.

Speak up Dan or let your actions speak for you.

If Scott is stealing funds from the company he can prove it and give the shareholders the power they need.

His support alone should push control to the shareholders and not Scott. At least that is what we were expected to believe.

So just do it Dan.

Or just admit you are part of the scam
