RLYP - If they did get bought
what are you guessing the buyout price would be?

Just looking at call options...a lot! They seem to be way overpriced. June $30 calls are $1.60 So they would need to be bought out before June for over $32 per share or nearly 100% over current stock price. So $34 buyout for calls to make more than buying stock.
