I am having a problem with this statement.
If Dan really feels scott will steal the money he is in a position to actually do something about it.
Telling people to join a group of shareholders who are totally clueless because of his lack of communication is not the advice of someone who feels his money is being stolen.

Dan and a couple of his friends supposedly hold enough to do something about it like call a sh meeting and unthrone Scott.

The shareholder group will not accomplish anything without at least 1 insider on their side.

Dan has the ability to do something but he is telling people to join a group that cant accomplish anything.

Dan is playing for the same team as scott while pretending to be opposed.

If he was truly opposed he would do something about it.
