Yes, and also know how to read financials and these guys are in a death spiral of debt. Also, know what a forward looking statement is. Also, know the history of SNEY and it's many broken promises and misleading statement. So, that is what I base my decision on and not some hope that things from the past will all of a sudden change just because I own a boat load of worthless stock that is underwater that I need to pawn off on someone or hype to unload.
