One could argue that the bro's could have tied their compensation to the growth in price of the company and hence shareholder value, to REALLY motivate themselves to succeed, you're talking pie in the sky for investors and real bucks for management which forces them to keep taking on dubious financing deals and to do R/S's and dilution.
Y'think the Sharks would invest in a company with neg rev's and these salaries and debts? They would laugh at this argument.
BUT I do grant that some pinky management will ditch a company very quickly if it lingers on making them broke, AFTER they strip the shell and take it down to the low trips and no bids, so if paying themselves handsomely keeps them from doing that, and they keep buying time by doing what they're doing, while putting a good chunk into developing the Android App and a proper PR firm, it's more than most.
Just hope that any CD holders who've allegedly been dumping are gone.

on the way up and since the A/S has NOT been actually issued the float is still relatively low, this can rise very fast.
