I never said the SEC case could result in jail time... I was referring to a very possible upcoming criminal indictment. In a lot of these securities fraud cases the criminal indictments come well after the civil charges and sometimes after the civil case has concluded. That is why I say Investors need to file complaints with the SEC, FBI and the State Securities board in the State they live in. The gang of cons need to be given long jail sentences to keep them from ripping more folks off. The gang of cons has moved on to other scams, and even while facing a SEC civil suit for fraud continue to scam folks.
