Who cares if it still exists or not? Why was it set up? Is it a conflict of interest with ERHC? Why were two more companies set up? Are these companies taking time, money and focus away from ERHC. Why was none of this ever disclosed by ERHC? Were these other businesses approved by the ERHC BOD as would be the norm in a corporate environment?

All shareholders should have tons of questions about this. And all shareholders need to do their own DD about which ones are gone and which ones still exist.
