i guess my two questions are:

did contact with sprague give a user an unfair advantage or a curious disadvantage in the marketplace? - i was expecting to see quotes from actual emails from management rather than reports/hearsay. did he actually mislead investors? you'd want to see his words rather than someone's memory of them. same goes for solms.

how much of the corralling of investors was done by management conversation and how much by investor interpretation? - i generally got the impression that certain investors gave everything they read an optimistic flavour and it wouldn't surprise me if the same happened behind the scenes, only more so.

i am also curious - not a question - about the level of back-stabbing behind the scenes in the last two or three years. it must have been hard to keep the crowd quiescent.
