MPW

Reports normalized FFO of .35 and guiding for $1.29-1.33 for fy 16. Is currently trading at roughly 8 time Normalized FFO. And Yields a whopping 8.3%. And the yield is easily manageable for the company. MPW is undervalued, not that the market cares right now in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
