Smith Daily I am of a different I opinion than Surf and others! I believe Strategic will be a huge winner! Sure they are a small cap still raising capital through SEC Reg A offerings! But the Punta Perfecta project is progressing and when the first one is completed then we should see significant apps and volume stability! We have to remember a stock's upward movement isn't based always on companies performance but on public perception of where it might be headed! I HAVE YEARS OF TIME AND FOCUS IN THIS DOG! IT WILL BE A BIG WINNER! Stay tuned and hang tough because they never quit on me!
