Pick, yes, he did, at about the same time...

...that is how he knew, later on, that they were after more.

...he learned about them (the settling noteholders) plan to elect stock in the reorganized debtor v cash (4M shares @ $25).

...but his holdings were under the participating threshold.

...he took interest in the NOL 'topic.

...put 2 and 2 together.

...so he 'exposed them.

...he did REAL WELL for his interests'.

...and, on his coattails, equity got more than would have been achieved otherwise, IMO.

...would have liked a lot more from the AAOC, but...

...would have liked 'something from JPMC, but...
