Doesnt need to be a dollar for an opinion to be right.
I think there is merit to what he said.

The market is well aware that wamu went BK and none know whats left.
The market is aware that something shady happened here and it is not a strech to think that the market wants proof that things can be recovered and that this stock isnt just a pretend attempt to emerge from BK while actually being a cover for the rest of the crime to conclude.

Trust is very thin with wamu.

If the BoD isnt just sitting in the seat to milk the cow dry then a M/A will happen.

If it does then it will be worth the risk to buy and not too late to make a very good return from.

Trust is earned. If the complete a merger they will earn trust and the pps will respond. If they return to escrows they will earn trust too.
