When Jerry throws RMHB into bankruptcy, nothing belongs to the company. It's all in his name. There's nothing for the creditors (or shareholders) to grab.

Funniest part is, despite being the CAUSE of the bankruptcies, Jerry is always "owed" money by the companies. So, he becomes a CREDITOR, even though he caused the bankruptcy to begin with.
