Why does the BOD allow this stock to stagnate for years? One failed M+A attempt is their accomplishment for 4 years. There is no reason to buy this, except on speculation. Most people buy based on earnings and some likelihood of a future with growth. But this BOD hasn't provided either.
Until they show me something, this is either a scam, they are incompetent or they just don't care. Fire this BOD (if that's even possible). If KKR gets sick of this 'entity' (I won't even call it a stock) we are doomed, I think. On a positive note it dipped to 2.05 recently, so all things considered it's a miracle we're where we are. imo
