It's hard to read the delay. It's been pretty clear they are going fwd and they've had talks with Maza.

I just can't seem then sitting on this, results. So, either they are getting closer to buying rights (company). Or they are moving forward: talks with FDA, next phase design and don't see any reason to release results and will do milestone when they come across it.
