As a follow up I will post something I believe needs to be said.

So the Market Makers make the market with shares issued by the company for money the company way overpaid for through the CD holders. The public then buys the shares that the CD holders put on the market for sale since they do not trust that the company will stay in business long enough to pay them back. Now I ask you, How is the SEC looking out for the Common Stock Holder's best interest. All the frigging rules they have and they cannot stop this BS from robbing the public. I call BS!!

As far as the new investors go. They and the company will have stolen our public money invested into SVMI if we do not get relisted and the company turns out to be successful.
