I watched it skyrocket to .20-never happened

The effective date for the R/S 1:100 was 01-Aug-14. Two days before the split adjusted price was 0.03. Here's what it did after the R/S took effect:

Those are the closing prices for the session. The last time BAYP was at 0.04 is:

08/12/2014 0.04 234,900

Downhill since then. Until now it sort of needs another R/S 1:100 split to get back to 0.05 again.

There was never a run to 0.20 based on the Aug 2014 R/S 1:100 stock split.
