Yes, but the point I was trying to make is: how can one person call another person out on something with 100% certainty, if the person who is doing the calling out doesn't himself know something?

For example, if I say to you - I am 100% absolutely positively certain that you don't have inside information, that makes me either a) a liar or b) someone who DOES have insider information.
