LOL, If the company could not find the needed $160M finance from one company then they can try another financial source to start the Mall Project which is the key to bring EFLN back to the penny land or even the dime land! Even without the Mall Project EFLN can still try to start something like the "Weed" MMJ business since they have huge Net Asset or Equity Value...

I would suggest the company management to liquidate those underperformed assets to free up the enough cash to buy back partial floating shares or start a new business!
