Company released a wave of new information:
They promised an 8-k (we got a bonus one today ;)
they paid off more than $850,000 in TOXIC DEBT and secured a $250,000 Long term NON DILUTIVE funding agreement with interested institutional investors
CEO is working on making the company PK Current and trying for QB status
And we just got word of new patented product with potential in the legit MJ and agri sector.
