The IBB is definitely settling down and is working to find its way up... I expect the trend change is near.



It's settling down trying to find a bottom, fresh 52-lows today. Ariad's just about there, too.

With margin borrowing decreasing, new 10yr yields, and the elections 10 months away, any meaningful recovery in the IBB is somewhat unlikely.

The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
