Sir, there is no 'money out the door' here. I am aware you are a long in vrng and frustrated as well all are, but do some research prior to making such comments. Your comment implies something factually incorrect.

He's on the board of directors and replaced an existing board member. Board members are typically paid a very diminimus amount on a per meeting basis to account for travel time etc - minor amount at best. They are not paid a salary.

A board member is not an executive of the company / operating the company. They are there for oversight and advice. Moreover, they are responsible to us, shareholders, and its great that in the PR it stated he has been a shareholder for YEARS, like you and me. As such, I am sure he has many of the same frustrations, this can only be advantageous to those of us who are long.
