Not being one to do nothing I just called the U.S. patent office!!!!

Here is the reference number I was given 1-379397575 I complained

and said the Patent office needs to be sued if they grant patents

that are overturned. Once they grant a patent then the person granted

the patent feels they have a defendable invention. Your granting of

this patent should make you responsible for the paying of the legal

fees of the objecting party if they win and your office was in error.

I went on to say the whole system should be changed and if you know

you will be footing the bill if you grant something you will be far

more careful and sure of what you grant. You should get it law where

once you grant a patent you have a publication showing all patents

granted that week and any objections should be done within 90 days

of the granting of the patent and if no objections it is permanently

yours, if a objection is filed it will be heard at the patent office

by a team of professionals versed on patents and understanding them.

This frees up the court system and a final decision has been rendered

within 6 months of the granting of the patent. This way the party

that was granted the patent either gets paid and the infringer would

not take the profits and fight the inventor. This way the inventor

would lose no money because your office shouldn't have granted the

patent and you was direlect in your granting a invalid patent.

The present system is totally corrupt and a individual has hardly no

chance of beating big money.

I would appreciate if you think you have anything to add, support to

this system being implemented give them a call. Maybe if someone

that has been granted a patent and then had it overturned will sue

the patent office for money they was out for trying to defend a patent

they thought was valid because of your not doing a thorough job.
