As I beat the drum!!!

The more I think about it how is it the U..S. patent office can grant

patents that constantly get over turned and they bare no responsibility?

Does it make sense to see millions if not billions be at stake and they

simply say oh! well when their decision is overturned.

How is it that something so hard to comprehend that we allow lay people

to overturn professionals opinions. Look at the Motorola debacle and

then look at all the patents that were rendered invalid by judge

Pumphrey in England. How can patent offices have no responsibility when

none of these challenges would be going on if the issuer had to pay

the bills for their decision. There would be no granting of patents

Willie Nillie style if the burden of all cost fell back to the patent

office? This would in my opinion insure they scrubbed it and was for

sure their granting a patent would stand the test of a challenge.

This present system stinks and reeks of fraud. Big money has a far

greater chance of prevailing, and the only person out money is the

inventor if they lose and why would they not think they have something

worth fighting for if the patent office didn't give them a title or

in this case a patent? How can the courts think Mickey Britt would

understand this patent and me and some more people can overturn what

professionals had granted. It would be like asking a 5 year old to

make a decision as they probably would understand as much as lay jurors

do.
