Trump Entertainment Might Pay its Property Taxes -- Market Talk

8:03 ET - Trump Entertainment hasn't decided whether or not to pay the Taj Mahal casino's real-estate taxes, which are due this week to beaten-up Atlantic City. Carl Icahn is preparing to lead the facility out of bankruptcy after pounding unionized workers in court, forcing them to surrender health care and other benefits. Mayor Don Guardian, who has said bankruptcy should be an option for the city, has battled the casino company over taxes. Trump Entertainment's lawyers say "it may be prudent" to pay the taxes.
