ok.. people here need to re read the PRs.. its not just the wells, leases, and interests but the companies as a whole "The Company also recently announced an agreement to acquire Emerald Operating and Rocky Mountain Exploration Wells, an operation representing 74 existing wells, and their underlying lease agreements. Additionally, Nutech will acquire Emerald's minority non-operator interest in 42 of Mountain Hawk Exploration's wells."

I cant help but laugh when it is being dragged around "Nutech is not registered" NO KIDDING.. Nutech owns emerald and emerald is.. why go through all the time with approvals paperwork and permits?? Emerald continued to produce gas in december bringing an additional 5 wells online with the technology also needing zero water. Fact is many more wells are coming online and starting to produce.. people are so busy here trying to disprove what is happening that they miss the actual proof..

AND as far as the $25,000,000 bond being waved heres the deal.. these are not new wells but old abandoned.. on December 8 the per well bond rate was raised from $25,000 to $100,000.(see link below) its not that bond was fully waived but the bonds that were in place are will still stand as sufficient as the newly acquired wells pending approval were done before the dec 8th vote.. saving millions
