I noticed your link to the video was for a text messaging service. I found textdeliver.co is launching in march 2016.

For people who do text message or sms marketing, it would be a great investment because it will eliminate the monthly fees charged by similar platforms. They are charging a onetime fee instead.

It looks like they will also offer an agency option as an oto.

I plan on buying it myself to eliminate monthly fees and save myself some money in the long run.
