FBAR requires proof of funding before issuing permits......

It's interesting to see all those notes from 2014, a year in which over 142MM shares were issued. I'm sure there was pressure from note holders to shut the Defendant up when FBAR told him the permit issued to Seafarer wasn't what SFRX was portraying to the investing public. His email he posted from Roger Smith was a dagger in the heart. It's funny a lender told him to get in touch with Roger.....so he did.

Interesting that another lender here stated Kyle attended an (ahem) investor forum in Atlanta a few months back. My guess is it's tied to the issuance of the two permits they've recently applied for. According to the same lender the permit was basically ready to go months ago based on an alleged conversation with a higher up at FBAR.

It's being suggested here that permits are what's needed, when in reality a permit simply allows you to survey and search an area. It doesn't mean you'll find treasure or have your permit amended. It's simply an early step in the process.

Of course the current area has been researched for over a decade by SFRX's current partner. It's likely the next floorless convertible notes issued will be subject to the same full-ratchet, anti-dilution protections. Nothing like putting the interest of the lenders first.

There seems to be no protections in place for the corporation.....by management and the BOD. Though they wish to suggest they are looking out for shareholders by suing a Defendant and asking the Court to issue them a judgement for money shareholders lost.

Such low rent people here. Hopefully Huffman and Kyle will get sanctioned for lying, as well as ClearTrust for failing to respond to a Subpoena Duces Tecum as the rules require.
